Developer
We’re looking for an experienced Framer Developer who can take full ownership of implementation — from polished Figma designs to fast, scalable, production-ready websites.
You should be comfortable making technical decisions independently, solving complex layout and interaction challenges, and maintaining a high standard of visual quality across every breakpoint.

Build complex, responsive websites in Framer from Figma designs
Define scalable component systems and project architecture
Work with CMS, variables, dynamic content, and advanced Framer features
Create polished animations, interactions, and responsive behaviors
Develop custom Code Components and solutions when native Framer tools are not enough
Ensure pixel-accurate implementation across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
Identify technical limitations early and propose effective solutions
Collaborate closely with designers and contribute to implementation decisions
Maintain clean, scalable, and easy-to-manage Framer projects
What you’ll do
4+ years of relevant web development experience
Strong commercial experience with Framer
Advanced knowledge of Components, Variables, CMS, Breakpoints, and responsive layouts
Strong experience with animations and complex interactions
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with React and Framer Code Components
Strong understanding of responsive design and modern web standards
Excellent attention to detail and pixel-perfect implementation
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
Requirements
Experience building large-scale or content-heavy Framer websites
Experience with third-party APIs and integrations
Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization
Experience building reusable design and development systems
Good understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
