Create a request, describe the desired outcome, attach files, and set its priority.

The request is reviewed within the context of your product, users, goals, and existing experience.
In Progress

Once the request moves into production, you receive a notification and the delivery timeframe begins.

The first result is delivered within the timeframe included in your subscription.
Review and Refine

Share feedback directly in the dashboard. If adjustments are needed, they are handled before the request is completed.
Move Forward

Once the request is approved, the next item in your queue moves into production.
The turnaround time starts when a request changes to In Progress, not when it is initially added to the queue.
Delivery time may vary for unusually complex requests. If a task requires more time or should be divided into several stages, this will be discussed transparently before production begins.
